New Tools and Resources for Your Progress

I’m putting together a collection of new guides and digital tools to help support you between our sessions. I’m currently creating interactive worksheets and specific materials for managing anxiety and healing from trauma. My goal is to give you practical ways to stay connected to your work and feel more confident in your recovery every day.

Everything You Need to Get Started

Practical details and resources to help you feel prepared.

Starting therapy is a personal decision, and I want to make the logistics as simple as possible. Below, you will find the forms, pricing details, and emergency resources you need to feel confident and informed as we begin working together.

Getting Ready for Your First Session

I want our first session to be about you, not filling out paperwork. To make that happen, I have moved all the intake forms online. You can complete the biographical info, treatment consents, and teletherapy agreements from the comfort of your own space. Taking care of this beforehand means we can get straight to the heart of what you want to work on the moment we meet.

Clear costs with no surprises

Pricing and Insurance Information

I believe that your treatment plan should be decided by us, not an insurance company. That is why I work as an out-of-network provider. My rate is $250 for the initial intake and $155 for follow-up sessions. Most clients receive 60% to 85% reimbursement by submitting simple claims to their insurance provider. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, I also provide a Good Faith Estimate so you know exactly what your care will cost without any hidden fees.

Extra Support and Emergency Resources

Your safety is always my priority. While we work together in our weekly sessions, I also provide links to national organizations like Alcoholics Anonymous, the National Center for PTSD, and the National Domestic Violence Hotline for extra support. If you are in the middle of a crisis and need immediate help, please call the Emergency Helpline at 1-800-931-2237 or go to the nearest emergency room. Therapy is a team effort, and I want you to have the right tools even when you are not in the office.
