Therapy may be right for you if you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with emotions, relationships, or behaviors that are affecting your daily life. It can help you work through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, major life changes, unhealthy patterns, or simply build healthier coping skills and greater self-understanding. Therapy isn’t only for times of crisis, it’s a great and open resource for any season of life.

To help us get started, I will have you fill out your intake forms online in advance so we can focus on your progress from the very first meeting
