Solutions through Wellness & Counseling, LCC is a private practice providing counseling services. I am a licensed mental health professional in the state of New Jersey. For you, this provides reassurance that I have completed not just the required education but rigorous post-graduate training in the field and passed a comprehensive examination in order to be licensed. 
As with any relationship, a helping relationship between a therapist and a client takes time to develop and work best when there is respect, trust, and honesty. Trust is the foundation for a positive therapeutic relationship and it is important for you to feel comfortable in order to meet your personal goals.
